Protein DNA/RNA Interactions
Research and development of protein arrays and their applications in proteomics
Identify interacting proteins for your DNA/RNA molecule of interest.
HuProt™ human proteome microarrays are a powerful tool for profiling nucleic acid – protein binding on an unprecedented scale, testing your nucleic acid against the largest collection of human proteins available on a microarray.
Typically, the nucleic acid of interest is directly fluorescently labelled, allowing direct detection on the array. Alternatively, a biotinylated nucleic acid can be detected by secondary incubation with fluorophore-labelled streptavidin.
